Strategic Labor and Vortex Connect today signed a partnership agreement whereby Strategic Labor will include Vortex Connect's shift and alert mobile messaging (known as Shiftex) functionality in its core scheduling software. Strategic Labor will also look to Vortex Connect opportunistically to meet the mobile requirements of its clients.
